Easy and Natural Makeup Look for Summer!

Hello there :)

This summer is flying by! I can't believe its almost September...which means time to bust out the boots, coats, cardigans and oh so pretty scarves! But lets not get ahead of ourselves--summer isn't officially over so today I come to you with an easy, fresh makeup look that literally only takes about 10 minutes! Follow these easy steps to achieve a goddess glow!

Please excuse the messy bed in the background! (oops!)

1) Skip the foundation and use a tinted moisturizer (you can do layers if you need a bit of extra coverage) My current favorite is Tarte's Amazonian Clay Tinted Moisturizer.  For a little more coverage, you can use a bit of concealer wherever you need it, I like MAC's studio finish concealer.

2) If you're oily (like me) set the tinted moisturizer with a sheer powder or a powder foundation--you only want to lightly sweep the powder over the t-zone to avoid getting too shiny. I love the Chanel Double Perfection Lumiere Mat Powder.

3) Fill in brows and tight-line your upper lash line with a brown eyeliner (this creates the illusion of thicker eyelash--hey we need all the help we can get right?!)

4) Swipe some of your favorite mascara--I'm currently loving Maybelline the Falsies

5) Bronze up! Sweep your favorite bronzer across the cheek bones, temples, and lightly over the nose

6) Add a peachy-pink blush (Nars Orgasm or MAC Pink Swoon are winners) this instantly warms up your complexion.

7) HIGHLIGHT - to get that summer glow, use a cream highlighter like MAC's cream color base in Hush or MAC's Soft and Gentle. Place the highlight across the tops of the cheek bones and brow bone.  Instant J-LO Glow!

8) Opt for a tinted lip balm, my all time favorites are the Clinique Chubby sticks in Mighty Mimosoa and Whole Lotta Honey!

And that's it! I hope you found this useful and thanks so much for stopping by!

Xoxo,
Grace
