Blueberry Almond Smoothie


This blueberry almond smoothie is one of my favorites and it is very filling so it's a great option for a quick breakfast.  It's full of antioxidants from the blueberries, fiber and potassium from the banna and the flaxseed gives it a nice dose of sweetness. Hope you enjoy! 

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen organic blueberries
1 banana 
-1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
-1 teaspoon of flaxseed

Throw in all your ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy! 

Doesn't look too pretty before you blend but trust me it tastes great!
